Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the Renaissance Brussels Hotel. While the location near the European Parliament was excellent for my needs, and the breakfast was a standout with plenty of tasty options, I encountered some issues. My room had some maintenance problems, and while the staff was generally helpful, the service wasn't always efficient. I'd consider it fine for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anything longer.
I had a mixed experience during my stay at the Renaissance Brussels Hotel. The location was fantastic, especially for my business needs, but the ongoing renovations were quite disturbing. Thankfully, the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made my stay more pleasant despite the noise issues.
My stay at Renaissance Brussels was mostly enjoyable, with a lovely room and a convenient location near the EU Parliament. However, the check-in process was frustratingly slow, which definitely put a damper on the initial experience. I appreciated the amenities like the indoor pool and had a fantastic breakfast. Still, the staff could use some training to enhance their service efficiency.
My recent stay at the Renaissance Brussels Hotel was a mixed bag. The location is superb, making it easy to explore the city, and I appreciated the spacious family room that felt almost like an apartment. However, the cleanliness in some areas left much to be desired, and while the breakfast was decent, it could have offered more variety. I did enjoy the heated indoor pool, but unfortunately, the temperature was a bit on the colder side for my taste.
My stay at the Renaissance Brussels had its ups and downs. While the location was great for accessing transport and nearby attractions, the check-in experience was frustratingly lengthy, causing a poor start. On the brighter side, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay despite the initial hiccups.
